Jones Lang LaSalle’s baked delights raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society

London, 2nd April 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle has raised £1,870 in a company-wide 'bake sale' last week to raise funds for The Alzheimer’s Society and mark the charity’s thirtieth birthday.

‘Baking representatives’ were located across all Jones Lang LaSalle’s offices to sell their wares and ensure that everyone enjoyed a homemade treat.  Peter Downie, Chief Operating Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels said, "The baking teams in each office did a fabulous job and it was a great way to raise funds for our charity partner, The Alzheimer's Society. We will definitely be doing it again - hopefully with a few more of our male colleagues reaching for their aprons next time to do some baking, given their obvious appetite for the end product."
