Jones Lang LaSalle adds two new recruits to its UK valuation team

HandshakeLondon, 3rd July 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle announces that Paul Tarrant and George Freeman and have been appointed to the UK Valuation team. Appointed as senior surveyor, Paul will be working in West End valuation while surveyor George will be working in the portfolio valuation division. Both employees will be based in London.

Paul joins from global real estate services firm Cushman and Wakefield where he was responsible for a broad range of Red Book valuation work, primarily within London encompassing all core property asset classes for both occupiers and investors.

Joining from specialist property management and building consultancy Workman LLP, George was responsible for undertaking internal valuations for a wide range of clients retained assets, including comparable, residual and investment valuations.
