34-35 Sackville Street in London’s W1 sold for £9.05 million

Aviva Investors, in association with Devonshire Property, has sold the freehold interest in 34-35 Sackville Street in London, W1 to the Anglo-Omani Society for £9.05 million. The price achieved reflects a capital value of approximately £846 per sq ft, based on a Net Internal Area of 10,694 sq ft. Dormeuil currently lease 1,166 sq ft in the building and the remaining 9,528 sq ft is at present vacant.
Oliver Facer-Harrison from Aviva Investors, said: “This sale demonstrates a return of money to the freehold Mayfair market. Compared to just a few months ago when demand for freehold investments was subdued, we received a very healthy level of interest for this property in a short space of time.”
