Royal Warrant holder purchases 31,000 sq ft industrial warehouse on Yorktown Industrial Estate, Camberley


5th August 2009 – Standard Life Investments has completed the sale of a 31,000 sq ft warehouse on Yorktown Industrial Estate in Camberley, Surrey to Clean Linen Services Limited, Launderers and Dry Cleaners to HM The Queen, for £1.905 million.
 
The recently refurbished property comprise a 24,000 sq ft industrial/warehousing unit with 7,420 sq ft office accommodation and 57 car parking spaces. It is situated at the junction of Doman Road and Glebeland Road on Yorktown Industrial Estate; close to the A331, providing direct access to Junction 4 of the M3.
 
Nigel Harris, director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s National Industrial & Logistics team, said: “This deal reflects the improving demand in the industrial owner/occupier market, notably for product that is priced realistically to sell.”
