Jones Lang LaSalle Appoints EMEA Real Estate Workout Directors

London, 9th September 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle confirmed today it has appointed Richard Stanley and Jemma McAndrew as Directors in its London-based EMEA Real Estate Workout Team. The following have also joined the team, which is headed up by Richard; Susannah Philp (Associate Director), Charlotte Coates and James Wright (Senior Surveyors) and Sarah-Jayne Steer (Surveyor).  All have joined Jones Lang LaSalle from DTZ.
The team, which has over 50 years combined experience in the real estate workout sector, is dedicated to serving the needs of banks, loan servicers, insolvency practitioners and restructuring professionals involved with stressed and distressed real estate across all sectors.  They will work closely with colleagues from across all disciplines within Jones Lang LaSalle in the UK, the rest of EMEA and globally to provide clients with strategic advice, solutions and execution in the field of corporate recovery and restructuring. The team sits within Jones Lang LaSalle’s global Value Recovery Services offering, and will work closely with Directors Andrew Hynard (Markets Group), Nigel Wheeler (Management Services and Fixed Charge Receiver) and Tony Edgley (Managing Director, Corporate Finance), Jeremy Handley (Director, Valuation Advisory), as well as Jones Lang LaSalle’s other Value Recovery teams around EMEA.
