Jones Lang LaSalle most active office letting agent in Thames Valley for fourth consecutive year

According to independent CoStar survey


Jones Lang LaSalle’s has been ranked the most active office agency team in the Thames Valley for the fourth consecutive year.  According to CoStar UK’s Thames Valley Office Agency League Table, Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded most active letting agent in the Western Corridor region transacting over 10% of the market and handling over 2 million sq ft of instructions.

The League Table demonstrates that during the period from 1 September 2008 – 31 August 2009, Jones Lang LaSalle was instructed to market 2,230,229 sq ft of office space in the Thames Valley region; over 500,000 sq ft more space than its nearest competitor.  With 8.51% market share, this activity puts Jones Lang LaSalle in first place for the fourth consecutive year.
