London, 31st March 2010 - Directors at Jones Lang LaSalle, the Appointed LPA Receivers of Stretford Mall in Manchester have confirmed that there has been no effect on the day to day trading of the centre which remains open for shopping and fully operational.
Jemma McAndrew, Director and one of the Appointed Receivers at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “It is very much business as usual at Stretford Mall which continues to trade as normal. Indeed, since the new management team has been appointed we have received interest from several new retailers looking to take space in the centre, which we are actively pursing.”
“We are investing in Stretford Mall and intend to a present a new marketing campaign to the tenants to help raise its profile. We are committed to improving customers' experience at the centre and with Easter approaching we are looking forward to a busy weekend of trading.”
