Bevy of new joiners for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Valuation Advisory team

London, 23rd September 2010 – Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed several new joiners to its London Valuation Advisory teamCharlotte Low and Ricky Tsang join as senior surveyors, Clarke Vallance as an analyst and Tom Walker as a surveyor.

Ricky Tsang was previously employed within Valuation Services at GVA Grimley in Leeds where his remit involved providing valuation advice to investors, lenders and developers for loan security, acquisitions, disposals and accounts purposes.  Ricky covered a wide range of commercial properties including offices, industrial, retail and leisure uses. 
Charlotte Low initially began her career as a graduate surveyor with Jones Lang LaSalle in September 2003, then left the firm to transfer to Jones Lang Hungary in January 2008 for six months and has just returned from two years working as a surveyor in the British Virgin Islands.
Clarke Vallance joins as an analyst in the Specialist Valuations and Compulsory Purchase team.  He has spent the last two years working in Wellington, New Zealand, the first year of which was with CBRE and the second with Jones Lang LaSalle.  Prior to that, Clarke worked for a private practice in London.
Tom Walker joins Jones Lang LaSalle as a surveyor after three years with CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE Tom undertook the MSc Real Estate course at the University of Reading.
