Jones Lang LaSalle announces two new recruits in its Shopping Centre Management team in Birmingham

Birmingham, 12th October 2010 - Jones Lang LaSalle has announced two new appointments in its Shopping Centre Management team based in Birmingham.

Olivia Lee, who has four years’ commercial property experience, has joined as a senior surveyor from the Birmingham office of DTZ.  In her new role Olivia will focus on both client relationship management and on-site shopping centre management of a number of shopping centre schemes both in the Midlands and across the UK for clients including Standard Life, LaSalle Investment Management and Scottish Widows.

Louise Borthwick has also joined the team as a surveying executive. Louise will assist the team working specifically on three shopping centres; Queensgate in Peterborough, Castle Quay in Banbury and the Market Centre in Crewe.

Jan Thompson, Head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Birmingham office added: “Olivia and Louise’s appointments will contribute to the continued success of our Shopping Centre Management business in Birmingham which is now 7 strong, and I am confident both will play a significant role in delivering a comprehensive management service to our clients.”
