Marlin Apartments Secures Planning Permission at Waterloo

London, 4th November 2010 - Marlin Apartments, London's leading provider of serviced apartments and aparthotels has secured planning permission for a new scheme at Waterloo. The mixed use scheme would comprise 154 suites including offices as well as a restaurant. Jeff Field, Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Planning team, who advised Marlin Apartments, said; “The scheme would deliver significant benefits locally and Marlin is looking forward to being a key business on the South Bank.  Lambeth Council has adopted a positive approach and we have worked with them to deliver this important project.”
The scheme extends to 10 storeys and was designed by BUJ architects in two contrasting styles.
