We have now moved offices, just five minutes down the road to 31 Great George Street. You can read all about it below.
JLL has taken 15,000 sq ft within the building which has undergone an extensive £6 million refurbishment by landlord, Hermes, who has reconfigured and refurbished it to include new windows, atrium and new services throughout.
Desks in the old office were only being used about 60 per cent of the time so in the new office we have reduced traditional desk space and have invested in other areas instead. The new space has also be divided into zones, with a new café, quiet pods, breakout area and balcony all helping to support a more productive and happier working environment.
Our move gives us the ability to continue to deliver our office workplace transformation programme, designed to modernise our offices, increase collaboration and productivity and give our staff a real sense of pride in their working environment.
Tétris-bluu, a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL, managed and delivered the fit-out and refurbishment of our new space.

The project is progressing nicely, with Tetris now on site. Below are some mocked up images of how the new office will look.
July 2016 update
Work has been taking place for a couple of months, and the project is making good progress...
Up on the 5th floor a temporary roof has been constructed over the atrium, along with double doors out onto the balcony.
This will be a great event space when it’s finished
There is no denying this is a very impressive view across Bristol (especially on a sunny day!)
This image shows a panoramic view of the 5th floor balcony, along with the meeting area exits on the same floor.
The client entertainment area is also taking shape on the 5th floor with some of the old windows now being replaced with new ones – they should all be in place in the next few weeks.
On the 4th floor, the café area is also making progress – this is where the ‘meeting village’ and break out areas for staff will be.
Also on the 4th floor of the east side of the building, the foreground shows where the IT/registry/telecoms area will be based.
In this pic we are looking park side which is where the meeting rooms and quiet study areas will be.
The new windows are now 90% installed, these should be finished in the next couple of weeks.
This shows the ground floor lift lobby and looking out into the communal reception.

The glass atrium is now in place on the 5th floor.
The toilets are almost finished on both the 4th and 5th floors.
The crane lowering in the glass for the atrium could be seen for miles around.
