Case Study

FORMER TYPHOO FACTORY, BORDESLEY STREET, BIRMINGHAM

Former Typhoo FactoryActing on behalf of NAMA and fixed charge receivers we marketed this 2.6 acre site which currently accommodates 150,000 sq ft of former industrial space but with a residential planning permission for conversion to apartments.

• To market a large and challenging building located in an area of transition. The existing planning consent for high density residential was no longer viable.
• The building was sold to a private investor who is in a position to re-evaluate future uses for the site.
