Acting on behalf of NAMA and fixed charge receivers we marketed this 2.6 acre site which currently accommodates 150,000 sq ft of former industrial space but with a residential planning permission for conversion to apartments.• To market a large and challenging building located in an area of transition. The existing planning consent for high density residential was no longer viable.• The building was sold to a private investor who is in a position to re-evaluate future uses for the site.
