Host Marriott have instructed the Hotels team within Project & Development Services to project manage the refurbishment of 256 guest rooms and re-model and refurbish the basement and ground floors of the Crowne Plaza, Amsterdam.
This major refurbishment of the Hotel is to take place whilst the building remains in operation. Tight programme control, risk mitigation and very close operator liaison are key requirements in order to minimise business disruption.
The appointment is a great example of our worldwide delivery structure. Host Hotels and Resorts will benefit from centralised control of the projects with a high level of local expertise.
