Jones Lang LaSalle UK - Valuations Case Study - 88 Wood StreetIn June 2008 we provided valuation advice to a syndicate of banks led by ING Bank NV for loan monitoring purposes on this landmark office development of 23,010.9 sq m (247,689 sq ft) in the City of London.

The building is multi let to a range of good covenants including Hewlett Packard and at the time, had a Market Value of circa £200 million.

We undertook a full due diligence valuation exercise for loan security advising the current lenders on the building’s performance in the falling market.
