JLL advises Addleshaw Goddard on 52,000 sq ft pre-let
JLL advised Addleshaw Goddard on the pre-let acquisition of 60,000 sq ft at 3 Sovereign Square in Leeds. Addleshaw Goddard will take three and a half floors within the 93,240 sq ft Grade A building and will relocate its 400 Leeds-based staff from its current offices opposite.
