Ongoing valuation advice on the £800m Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre

​In November 2014, JLL's Retail & Leisure Valuation team provided a valuation and report on Liverpool ONE and Associated Properties for Wells Fargo, having valued the property previously in 2011 and 2013 for a syndicate of banks including RBS, Hypothekenbank, DekaBank and Credit Agricole.

Liverpool One is a fashion led shopping centre with 172 tenants and a broad mix of uses with around 28 million visitors each year. It is anchored by department stores, Debenhams and John Lewis, in addition to a diverse range of food and beverage operators and a cinema. The regionally dominant scheme benefits from redevelopment potential and a number of asset management opportunities, with a capital value in excess of £800m.
