Ongoing valuation advice on the £5bn development of Battersea Power Station

For over three years the Retail & Leisure Valuation team has been providing loan security valuations for the Battersea Power Station development, funded by a Malaysian- led bank syndicate.

This exciting project involves the development of one of London's most iconic structures, a decommissioned coal-fired power station, located at Nine Elms on the south bank of the River Thames. The landmark development will include a diverse mix of residential flats, shops, restaurants, cafes, offices, event space and a hotel as well as accommodating a new London Underground station on the Northern Line. The end value of the project is in the region of £5bn.
