Finzels Reach Bristol

​​​The development was the largest in the south west when it originally began in 2007 until work ceased in 2012. The Scheme has been partially developed out but the original consent was for 300,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 399 apartments and more than 90,000 sq ft of retail and leisure uses, of which, 114,597 sq ft of Grade A office space has been completed and 140 apartments built.

We were instructed by the bank to produce a full valuation of the site and where the existing consents were unviable we were to ascertain the most viable alternative uses. This high profile instruction included providing expert advice on a range of uses including residential, offices, retail, leisure and hotels. The Gross Development Value exceeded £100 million with a  site value in excess of £30 million.
