Case Study

New Office Pavilion - Aberdeen

​​This new Grade A office pavilion extends to some 19,300 sq ft and was built in a joint venture between a local developer and global pension fund. 

Following practical completion and successful letting of the entire block to a single occupier, we were instructed to provide a report and independent investment valuation in terms of the joint venture agreement for the pension fund to buy out the developer's interest. ​
