On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group we undertook the valuation of Nurton Developments' 2 Colmore Square and Cannon House which comprises a 300,000 sq ft office and retail building situated within Birmingham's prime office core.
The valuation was required for loan security purposes and involved a detailed review of the local occupational and regional investment markets. As the property is a comprehensive refurbishment, we reviewed a number of valuation scenarios to assist the bank's lending strategy.
