To identify and acquire suitable premises to the west of London with power to develop as a Data Centre. Limited power availability.
We introduced Slough Trading Estate as a suitable location. We then agreed terms and completed due diligence to validate the site for DC use; power, fibre availability, flood and planning risk.
  • Slough Trading Estate chosen as preferred solution for 130,000 sq ft shell and core pre let with 24 MVA of power.
  • Terms for acquisition agreed in line with recommendations.
  • Construction commenced Q1 2012 with completion of the shell due for Q3 2012.
