To identify and acquire mirror Data Centre site more than 50km from the primary site to comply with Financial Regulations and support EMEA network. It was deemed uneconomic to upgrade the existing infrastructure.


  • Working in collaboration with Corporate Solutions, we reviewed the available opportunities and provided a report on shortlisted options.
  • Agreed technical requirements in respect of power/cooling loads.
  • Completed due diligence on selected site and agreed legal documentation.
  • Provided project management services to monitor the landlord's upgrade works.
  • Acquired existing 20,000 sqft Data Centre.
  • Terms agreed in line with recommendations.
  • Migration complete prior to lease expiry at existing site.
