To develop Slough Trading Estate as a strategic Data Centre location in the south east. 

We devised and agreed a targeted marketing campaign recognising the challenges of the existing infrastructure and focussed on potential occupiers based on their business models.

  • Strong levels of occupier interest from third party providers and end users of Data Centre space.
  • Identified tenants for 640,000 sqft of space through agreed marketing initiatives.
  • Agreed terms at premium rents in line with recommendations.
  • Increased rental income, reduced year on year vacancy rates and ongoing management costs.
