SolutionThe property is a Grade A Listed Alexander “Greek” Thompson building with a retained façade and a 1970s shell to the rear. It was extensively refurbished to provide 60,000 sq.ft. of Grade A office accommodation over six floors.
Result This is understood to be the largest office refurbishment project in Glasgow in 2011 with a value of £3.5m. We acted as Lead Consultant and CDM Co-ordinator.
