Acquisition of 30,000 sq ft, 1 Curzon Street, W1

  • Jones Lang LaSalle (then King Sturge) was appointed to provide relocation and / or expansion advice to GLG Partners, who were already based in 1 Curzon Street
  • It was proposed that GLG Partners take the whole 60,000 sq ft and sub-let the excess space but through last minute re-negotiation they were able to take just 30,000 sq ft, much to their delight
  • This building is one of the West End’s most high profile Grade A office buildings
  • This acquisition on behalf of GLG resulted in the relocation of DTZ’s headquarters from 1 Curzon Street to their office in the City
