Role Objectives

​The Park Administrator (PA) will be responsible for providing financial and general administrative support to the Park Management Team, whilst also working closely with the Park Events Executive assisting with day to day co-ordination of bookings and invoicing.

Delivery will be in line with JLL best practice to ensure the highest standards of management to the Park.

The PA will report to the Park Manager and seek direction from the Events Executive on a daily operational basis.  The PA will also work in conjunction with the Park Operations Manager and Departmental Heads.

  • ​Undertake general and financial administration for The Nucleus relating to Conference, Meeting & Events.

  • Collate and issue monthly Tenant and Non-Tenant invoices and associated supporting information.

  • Actively monitor and chase debt relating to Non-Tenant business.

  • Assist with Meeting, Conference and Event bookings and delivery, meeting and liaising with Clients as required.

  • Collate the monthly Taxi & Shuttle Bus Accounts.

  • Co-ordinate updates to Tenant Guides, website and social media as required.

  • Establish and maintain a library of Park images.

  • Update and maintain Tenant Mailing Lists.

  • Assist with the periodic review of Tenant information/records relating to Health, Safety and Maintenance. 

  • Monitor and order office stationery for the Park Team.

  • Answer the telephone and respond to face to face queries and request professionally ensuring a high level of guest service is provided at all times.

  • Take notes and produce minutes of meetings as required.

  • Undertake typing, photocopying and filing as required.

  • Open and distribute incoming post and co-ordinating redirections as necessary.

Required Qualifications

​Experience Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Maths and English GCSE/ O'Level or equivalent

  • Vocational; Qualifications (e.g. NVQ/SNVQ)

  • Proven administrative skills with experience of office organisation

  • Demonstrable competence with use of IT – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

  • Demonstrable competence with Social Media – Twitter, Linked In

  • Numerate with experience of monitoring and managing invoices and finance via Excel

  • The confidence to establish a dialogue with anyone internal or external to the business

  • Strong customer relations skills and an ability to integrate with a diverse and changing environment

  • Experience in managing and establishing office filing regimes
