Role Objectives

​To support and encourage growth of the car park revenue through various income streams as agreed with the Car Park Manager. The role will offer a complete administrative support ensuring car park data is correctly obtained, recorded and reported. In addition the role will assist the Car Park Manager with the selling of the season tickets, identifying new business opportunities and capturing new customers within a competitive market.

Accountabilities

  • To accurately download data from the car park system and input these figures appropriately.
  • To report the data within bespoke weekly and monthly reports ensuring that these are accurate and uniformed in their presentation
  • To support the Car Park Manager with the sale of season tickets within the agreed strategy, maintaining databases of local businesses, identifying new business and highlighting any potential customer to the Car Park Manager.
  • To promote and sell other revenue streams that are on offer to the customer
  • To ensure that customers are notified prior to their season ticket expiry date in order to renew and payments taken prior to renewal expiry. To send customer receipts of payment.
  • To communicate all renewals to the wider car park team whilst keeping an accurate log of all season ticket holders to ensure that all members of the team can access and use as necessary.
  • To work with Mailbox tenants to ensure that individual tenants receive staff parking information in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To work closely with the car park team to ensure a smooth and effective operation is maintained at all times.
  • To promote Mailbox and its car park
Required Qualifications
  • ​Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A good understanding of IT and confidence in the use of spreadsheets and understanding of basic Excel formulae
  • Must have at least one years' experience in an office based role
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
