This is a three day residential programme which is open to Local and National Directors. It encompasses Authentic leadership to Support our people who have the Potential to be the future leaders of the organisation. Embracing an Individual approach, the programme incorporates time for Reflection and learning through Experience.
This is a four day residential programme (three days in a UK/EMEA location plus a six month follow up programme) which is open to Associate Directors. It delegates work on personal challenges in between modules and provides tools and personal insight to successfully connect with clients and colleagues.
This is aimed at all grades and business groups. It includes a range of face-to-face interventions to support all stages of the sales cycle, designed to improve your win rate, and provides a comprehensive online toolkit and resources to support successful selling.
This is a 12 month programme which is aimed at Surveyors and Senior Surveyors. Following a nomination, you are invited personally to apply. It includes individual assessment and feedback on inter-module assignments marked by past BDA delegates, as well as team assessments for team work and a pitch presentation to the board.
