Training Fees

We will cover all RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) fees, as well as those towards a specialist qualification, such as the CFA, ACCA or CIPD.

APC Support

You will be assigned a Supervisor to oversee your work on a day-to-day basis in each seat. Your Supervisor will be there to help you with technical and professional tasks. They’ll also give you coaching and guidance on your day-to-day work and involvement with clients.

You will also be assigned a Counsellor for the duration of your APC training. Your Counsellor takes a special interest in your overall career development and ensures your training progresses.

Your progress is monitored throughout your training through:

  • Your end of rotation review (each time you move seats)
  • Regular meetings with the Graduate Recruitment and Training Team
