FAQs

Graduate and apprentice roles across the UK will open in October 2024.
Intern & placement roles across the UK will open in November 2024.

All roles above will close 4 weeks after their opening, please note if we have an extremely high application rate these roles may close earlier and so we recommend applying as soon as possible.

Graduate & apprentice roles will start in May or September 2025. The start date will be on the job description. Intern & placement roles will start in July 2025.

Rare is a contextual recruitment survey and enables us to review your application in the context of your socio-economic background. (e.g., so we can consider whether you overachieved in light of your wider personal circumstances). This is an optional survey, though it is a positive addition to us assessing your application. You will not be rejected regarding any outcome of this survey or for not completing this.

Unfortunately for these level roles we are unable to offer sponsorship, so you should have the right to work full time for the duration of the program applied for and beyond.

We do have many pathways that you are able to apply and join if you are a non-cognate student. If you are a non-cognate student (not studying a RICS accredited degree) you will also undertake a Master’s in Real Estate during the graduate program which is fully funded by JLL, aside from Sustainability Consulting where you will undertake an internal training program. The Job description will state if it is necessary to be on a RICS accredited degree or not.

You will study with UCEM on a distance learning course. You will study with Henley Business school for the Capital Markets pathway. Aside from the Residential pathway, you will also get 20% of your working week off for study leave.

Graduate & apprentice assessment centre’s will be held in January & February 2025 and exact dates will be announced once confirmed.

Intern & placement assessment centre’s will be held in February & March 2025 and exact dates will be announced once confirmed.
