Dental Plan

We have a voluntary dental scheme with Denplan which is a way of spreading the cost of routine check-ups, hygiene visits, X-rays and restorative dental treatment.

Employee Discount

You will have free access to a discount site that enables you to benefit from over 1,800 deals at both local and national retailers – giving you travel, health, entertainment, home and motoring discounts.

Private Medical Insurance

Our scheme is managed by Aviva and will help with the cost of specialist treatment provided by their approved hospitals and consultants. You will receive a core level of entitlement to employee-only cover.

Season Ticket Loan

We provide you with an interest free annual season ticket loan.

Cycle to Work

Our ‘Cycle to Work’ Government initiative saves you tax and national insurance contributions on the cost of a new bike and related safety equipment.

Childcare Scheme

Our government-backed scheme is designed to help parents manage their childcare costs via a salary sacrifice arrangement. It can be used to make payments direct to registered nannies or childcare providers, after school clubs or holiday play schemes, and will save you tax and NI.

Give As You Earn

Our Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme allows you to make regular tax effective monthly payments to one or more UK registered charities of your choice. GAYE is just one element of our strategy to provide employees with the opportunity to add real value to the communities in which we operate and to support a wide range of charitable organisations - ensuring we can all give something back.


Our ShareSave (SAYE) scheme provides you with the opportunity to acquire JLL shares at a discount of 15%. SAYE is usually offered once a year. You will be able to save as little as £10 per month up to £250 per month and can save over a period of three to five years.

Marriage/Civil Partnership Gift

We will mark your special occasion with a gift of £100 (net), which will be awarded through your monthly salary.

Income Protection

Should you suffer from a serious illness or injury and become unable to work, income protection will provide monthly payments to protect you financially. We provide employees with a core level of entitlement of 66.67% of salary.

Critical Illness Insurance

Critical Illness Insurance is offered once a year as a voluntary benefit. If you join the scheme, the monthly payment will be deducted from your salary. The policy provides a lump sum if you are diagnosed with a defined critical illness such as cancer or a stroke.

Life Assurance

JLL provides employees with a core level of life assurance. In the event of your death, this benefit will pay out a tax-free lump sum of four times your notional salary to your dependents.


We help you build your retirement fund through regular employer contributions to the Group Flexible Retirement Plan with Standard Life. You can also add a voluntary contribution through salary exchange.
