We embody the sustainability advice we issue to clients in our own workplaces. We measure, target and reduce our use of energy and resources and our production of waste, and we consider the environmental and social impacts of the goods and services we procure. When we talk about workplace, we're also talking about our people. So we focus on improving health and wellbeing, diversity, productivity, professional development, and staff engagement and buy-in across the entire workforce. These are aspects of our sustainability performance which we are deeply committed to.

Refurbishment of our London HQ

We sought to challenge the status quo in our newly refurbished London HQ. By embracing a shift to agile working with a more diverse range of collaborative and creative spaces, we have improved staff wellbeing and productivity. Our environmental achievements added to the project's success, including new waste segregation facilities, a Ska Silver rating, ISO 14001 certification, and materials specified from recycled and renewable materials.
