JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has been appointed the sole agent to market London's largest luxury hotel, the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on behalf of the Administrators and the LPA Receivers. The luxury five star hotel became the largest hotel transaction in London on record when it sold in 2010.

JLL show direct real estate investment in the UK hit a record £65 billion in 2014, 3% higher than the pre-recession peak in 2006 and 16% higher than 2013’s total of £55 billion.
